Phase 01

Phase 02
Working sessions — in person or remote — are where we collaboratively map your workflows, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and align on exactly what to build.
Phase 03
We develop a working proof of concept you can put against actual work. Your team will put it through its paces, give us feedback, and we refine it. This gets us to a clear plan before we deploy any new solutions.
Phase 04
Once the proof of concept is validated, we build and deploy the full system. We stay involved through adoption and offer ongoing support — on retainer or project basis — as your needs evolve and the technology changes around you.
